Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Representative to join our QLD team, covering a shared territory across Greater Brisbane and the South West region.
This is a growth-focused role where you’ll drive distribution, build strong customer partnerships and execute in-market activity across independent retail and on-premise accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
Growing distribution and sales across retail & on-premise.
Managing and developing a defined territory.
Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Executing promotions and driving in-store excellence.
Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
Representing our brands at trade tastings & activations.
Regional travel approx. 2 nights per month.
You’ll report to the QLD State Sales Manager and be backed by a passionate, high-performing national team.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You’re well-connected, self-motivated and thrive in an autonomous sales environment. You take ownership of your territory, build trusted relationships and consistently deliver results.
You will bring:
3+ years’ experience in wine or beverage.
Proven FMCG sales success.
Strong territory management and planning skills.
Established trade relationships (retail & on-premise).
Commercial mindset with a solution-focused approach.
CRM and Microsoft Office capability.
Current driver’s licence.
