Job Description

Role Snapshot: This role is key in providing high standards and service to our customers, so you must be on top of your game!  The role will see you supervising and training both permanent and casual staff, stock control, rostering, plus other responsibilities including maintaining the venue to a very high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager implement a variety of operational activities, including staff development and training, performance management and ensuring OHS compliance across the team.
  • Supervision and coordination of all operational requirements in the Restaurant.
  • Foster a workplace team environment which is supportive, accountable, and motivated.
  • Contribute to the unique and personalised customer experience by maximising the use of resources available.

Desired Skills and Experience

About the person:  Someone who is passionate about food and wine with a “can do” attitude, great people skills, plus at least 3 years’ experience working in a hands-on, front-of-house hospitality team.  You will have very high service standards, and the ability/capacity to step into a leadership role.
